A large number of leaks have appeared during the last few months in regards to iOS 14 and the coming iPhone models. Leaks about Apple’s hardware and software are certainly not new, but recently they appear to occur more frequently. A recent study reports a leaked edition of iOS 14 that has been circulating since at least February among security researchers and hackers.
Vice reports that five sources in the jailbreaking and hacking community who are familiar with the leaked version of iOS have said they believe somebody got an iPhone 11 development version running an iOS 14 version dated December 2019. That device was reportedly designed for use by Apple developers. The sources claim that somebody was able to purchase the iPhone from vendors in China and extracted iOS 14 from the phone, and distributed it to the hacking and jailbreaking community.
As the OS supposedly extracted was a very early version, a lot could change before the operating system officially launches.
