On Wednesday, Brazilan President Jair Bolsonaro tested positive for coronavirus a second time, informing reporters in Brazil that he has not healed from an infection first diagnosed last week.
Bolsonaro said that since catching the virus, he has remained in good health and that if he tests negative for the virus this week, he would resume his normal work schedule.
Bolsonaro first revealed his diagnosis on July 7 after ignoring the seriousness of the COVID-19 pandemic, claiming it was just a “little flu,” even as the outbreak in Brazil became the most sever in the world, just behind the United States.
