Worldwide coronavirus infections top 29 million

On Sunday, global coronavirus infections topped 29 million, with fatalities also surpassing the 926,000 mark.

Since the first cases were reported in China in December 2019, infections have been confirmed in more than 210 countries and territories globally.

The U.S. is currently leading global cases, with more than 6,696,902 confirmed infections, followed by India and Brazil.
