On Thursday, United States President Donald Trump claimed that due to the disagreements over postal ballots, U.S. citizens might not know the result of the Nov. 3 presidential election for months.
A previous court ruling granted authorities in Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and North Carolina the power to count postal ballots arriving after election day, if they were sent before Nov. 3.
Analysts have previously claimed that it may take multiple days after the election to count all the postal ballots arriving after election day.
