On Tuesday, United States President Donald Trump reportedly ordered his administration’s negotiators to postpone aid talks until after the Nov. 3 presidential election.

The order postpones trillions of dollars in aid for American citizens.

Trump tweeted on Tuesday:

“I have instructed my representatives to stop negotiating until after the election when, immediately after I win, we will pass a major Stimulus Bill that focuses on hardworking Americans and Small Business,”
