On Sunday, a spokesman for Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha said that the PM is worried about the increasing number of protests and demonstrations after thousands rallied for the fifth day despite a ban on protests.
Protesters have called for a reformed constitution and monarchy to give more independence to the Thai people and guarantee the protection of civil rights.
Protestors have also called for Thai Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-Ocha to resign, although the PM has repeatedly rejected these calls.
