
On Thursday, Monaco reported eight new COVID-19 cases, all of which occurred over the past 24 hours.
In total, Monaco has reported 532 COVID-19 cases and two coronavirus related fatalities.
The United States is currently leading global COVID-19 cases with over 10.8 million infections and 248,160 fatalities, although India follows closely behind with 8.7 million cases and 128,686 deaths. As for the third-highest caseload and death toll, Brazil follows with 5.7 million cases and 163,492 deaths, Russia with 1.8 million cases and 32,032 deaths, and France with 1.8 million cases and 42,960 coronavirus related deaths.
The novel coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, on Dec. 31, 2019, and has infected more than 53 million individuals worldwide, resulting in over 1.3 million fatalities across 216 countries and territories.
