
On Friday, Bolivia reported 192 new COVID-19 cases and ten additional fatalities, all of which occurred over the past 24 hours.
In total, Bolivia has reported 145,186 COVID-19 cases and 8,982 coronavirus related fatalities.
The United States is currently leading global COVID-19 cases with over 14.5 million infections and 282,829 fatalities, although India follows with 9.5 million cases and 139,227 deaths. As for the third-highest caseload and death toll, Brazil follows with 6.4 million cases and 175,307 deaths, Russia with 2.3 million cases and 41,607 deaths, and France with 2.2 million infections and 54,140 deaths.
The novel coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, on Dec. 31, 2019, and has infected more than 65 million individuals worldwide, resulting in over 1.5 million fatalities across 218 countries and territories.
