
On Wednesday, Monaco reported seven new COVID-19 cases, all of which occurred over the past 24 hours.
In total, Monaco has reported 685 COVID-19 cases and three coronavirus related fatalities.
The United States is currently leading global COVID-19 cases with over 17.2 million infections and 312,811 fatalities, although India follows behind with 9.9 million cases and 144,353 deaths. As for the third-highest caseload and death toll, Brazil follows with 6.9 million cases and 183,053 deaths, Russia with 2.7 million cases and 48,564 deaths, and France with 2.4 million infections and 59,361 deaths.
The novel coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, on Dec. 31, 2019, and has infected more than 74 million individuals worldwide, resulting in over 1.6 million fatalities across 218 countries and territories.
