In total, Poland has reported 1,414,362 COVID-19 cases and 32,456 coronavirus related fatalities.
Poland reported its first COVID-19 case on 10 March.
The United States is currently leading global COVID-19 cases with over 23.6 million infections and 393,928 fatalities, although India trails behind with 10.5 million cases and 151,765 deaths. As for the third-highest caseload and death toll, Brazil follows with 8.2 million cases and 206,009 deaths, Russia with 3.4 million cases and 63,940 deaths, and the United Kingdom with 3.2 million infections and 84,767 deaths.
The novel coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, on Dec. 31, 2019, and has infected more than 92.8 million individuals worldwide, resulting in over 1.9 million fatalities across 218 countries and territories.
