Bolivia: 2,091 new COVID-19 cases, 25 fatalities reported

On Sunday, Bolivia reported 2,091 new COVID-19 cases and 25 additional fatalities, all of which occurred over the past 24 hours.

In total, Bolivia has reported 185,680 COVID-19 cases and 9,596 coronavirus related fatalities.

Bolivia reported its first cases of COVID-19 on 10 March 2020.

The United States is currently leading global COVID-19 cases with over 24.3 million infections and 405,261 fatalities, although India trails behind with 10.5 million cases and 152,311 deaths. As for the third-highest caseload and death toll, Brazil follows with 8.4 million cases and 209,350 deaths.

The novel coronavirus was first discovered in Wuhan, Hubei, China, on Dec. 31, 2019, and has infected more than 94.9 million individuals worldwide, resulting in over 2 million fatalities across 219 countries and territories.
