Thailand reported three new coronavirus infections, taking the infection toll in the country to 3,028, as the country begins to ease lockdown measures and begins to reopen malls and stores.
On Saturday, Taweesin Wisanuyothin, a spokesman for the government’s coronavirus task force, confirmed that the new coronavirus infections were students returning from overseas, one returning from Egypt and the other two returning from Pakistan.
Currently, Thailand has 56 confirmed coronavirus fatalaties.
